Unicorn’s service starts well before the sale is closed

Good service is just as important as the purchase of HVAC&R equipment. At Unicorn: everything we sell, we will service. Our highly competent technicians can do this for you mostly on-site, or at our own facility.


Our service extends not only to the brands we carry ourselves, but also to equipment not supplied by Unicorn. You can rely on motivated and highly qualified professionals who enjoy the challenge posed by each technical issue. They work for you every day, either on the road in service vehicles, or at our home base in Haarlem.


Calibration and NEN3140 test

Unicorn is able to calibrate all equipment for which that is applicable. With this we provide a calibration certificate for your documentation. Furthemore, we perform NEN 3140 test on all electric devices. Ask our Technical Staff for the possibilities. 


Custom equipment

We design and assemble custom servicing equipment for various clients. For example, for the servicing of refrigeration installations of specific dimensions, or machinery that needs to meet specific criteria. We possess the knowledge and capacity to translate your technical requirements into high quality custom equipment.







Service contract

To ensure your refrigeration servicing equipment is always in peak condition, you may wish to enter into a service contract. Unicorn will then ensure timely periodic servicing and checks, so your equipment is always in good working order. We unburden you completely and in addition, you have access to our emergency breakdown service. That way, you are never faced with unexpected surprises.

The benefits of a service contract to you:

  1. Continual trouble-free use of your refrigeration equipment
  2. Unicorn will arrange periodic services at a fixed charge
  3. No call out charge for preventative services
  4. If required, we can also calibrate your equipment according to appropriate standards
  5. Access to our emergency breakdown service with a thorough diagnostic assessment within the shortest possible time, followed by professional repair. Your equipment will thus be operational again as soon as possible.
